At Ci Bougé, you can return sneakers within 14 days of receipt if they are unworn and in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please email contact@cibougé.com with your order number and a description of the problem. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. After receiving and inspecting the sneakers, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method. Instant exchanges are not possible; please place a new order if you would like a different item. Sneakers worn outdoors or returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days. However, please note that delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as unforeseen delays can sometimes occur that are unfortunately beyond our control. Especially during peak periods, it may take up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped. We do our utmost to process everything as quickly as possible and ensure your order arrives on time.
The cut-off time for orders is 11:59 PM, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
At this time, all products are only shipped within the Netherlands and Belgium.
Currently, we only offer sneakers in men's sizes, with availability ranging from EU 40 to EU 45. We strive to carefully select these sizes to ensure the best fit and comfort. While our current selection is limited to these sizes, we are continually expanding our range and hope to offer more size options in the future.
