Return/Refund Policy

At Ci Bougé, we strive to deliver high-quality leather sneakers that meet your expectations. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Policy

Notification: To initiate a return, please email contact@cibouge.com with your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and any relevant photos.

Returns Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your sneakers.

Condition: Sneakers must be unworn and in their original condition and packaging. We will not accept returns if they have been worn outdoors. Try on your sneakers indoors to avoid having your return refused.

Returns process: Email us: Contact us at contact@cibouge.com to request a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and respond within 2 business days to confirm if the return is eligible.

Shipping: If your return is approved, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the sneakers. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Inspection: When we receive your returned sneakers, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.

Refunds

• Approval: If the returned sneakers are in their original condition and meet our return criteria, we will process your refund.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned sneakers.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Swap

• We are currently not offering direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please follow the returns process and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including

• Sneakers that have been worn outside
• Items that are not in their original condition or packaging
• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
